DESIGN OVERVIEW Project: Eagle Luxury Properties. Location Scottsdale, AZ Gold wallpaper, dramatic marble backsplashes, and colorful modern art were some of the unique design elements that the flooring selection for this project needed to compliment seamlessly. Working with the staff at the Arizona Hardwoods showroom, the homeowners were eventually drawn to the old world elegance afforded by the unique variations of gray and brown hues found in the Lago Collection's 'Moro' color. Moro features a smoked European Oak base with a subtle white wash over a lightly wire-brushed texture, creating an appeal that is vibrant, yet neutral and natural at the same time. While much of the 4500 sq.ft. home’s floor was laid in a traditional straight pattern, the owners were excited to take a more dramatic approach to the entrance and hallway. The final design included a custom chevron pattern that welcomed visitors through the front entrance and bordered chevron patterns directionally laid down the homes extended hallways. An added chevron wall tied the distinct installation together.
