Our Story

Monarch Plank was born out of our team’s dedicated experience from over 80 years in the hardwood flooring business. Most of our management team is made up of second and third-generation hardwood flooring visionaries. Our mission is to create exquisite hardwood flooring designs, leveraging the most sophisticated modern finishing techniques that enhance, rather than cover over, the natural beauty of the material that is our passion - wood.  We choose to source only the highest quality woods and build our floors to the strictest standards.
